ERM is seeking an exceptional Head of HR Business Partnering, EMEA to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our region during a period of significant growth and transformation. This is high impact leadership role for a commercially astute HR leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and business performance.

As a trusted partner to senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, you will lead and inspire a diverse team of HR Business Partners, ensuring the people agenda directly enables ERM’s ambitious growth strategy. You will have a seat at the table, influencing critical decisions and translating business priorities into an integrated, forward looking people plan.

ERM is a global sustainability consulting firm with a clear purpose and a strong investment focus on future critical capabilities, including the low carbon transition, ESG, and product stewardship. The EMEA HR team plays a central role in enabling this strategy, and this role sits at the heart of our HR transformation journey.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, EMEA, you will be a core member of the regional HR leadership team and a key contributor to shaping how HR operates across the region.

In addition, you will have an internal client group to act as a Business Partner for.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach and inspire the EMEA HR Business Partnering team to deliver a high impact, business aligned people agenda.

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to understand, prioritise and balance complex and competing business needs.

  • Own and drive delivery of the regional HR strategy, ensuring clear outcomes, momentum and measurable impact.

  • Play a key role in the implementation of the HR transformation roadmap, helping to modernise and elevate HR across EMEA.

  • Influence organisational decisions relating to talent, capability, culture and structure to support sustainable growth.

What you bring

  • Deep expertise in HR business partnering within complex, international environments.

  • Strong capability across talent management, strategic workforce planning, succession, culture and organisational development.

  • Proven experience leading through ambiguity and change, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence at senior levels.

  • High commercial acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.

  • A leadership style that is inclusive, pragmatic and empowering, with the credibility to lead remotely across geographies.

Why join ERM

  • A genuinely strategic HR leadership role with regional influence and visibility.

  • The opportunity to shape HR during a meaningful period of transformation.

  • A purposedriven organisation committed to sustainability and longterm impact.

  • A collaborative, international leadership team and the chance to build something that matters.
