The position

As the transaction success manager, you will work closely with other team leaders within and outside the engineering department to ensure quick identification and resolution of production issues while proactively creating early warning systems and real-time transaction monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of issue resolution of all applications on live environment
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of all application technical documentation
• Work with other teams to create a proactive monitoring and early alert system for monitoring downtimes and anomalies
• In charge of ensuring minimum 99% uptime on all channels

• A minimum of 5 years’ development experience working with PHP (Laravel framework).
• Hands-on experience within FinTech/banking field and deep understanding of core banking systems.
• Strong working knowledge of databases and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Proven experience building and maintaining high-performance, high-availability web applications using open-source technologies.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Fargate for containerized application deployment.
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment, using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
