We’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing, Communications and Operations to join our Business Development & Marketing team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing, diverse team and set strategic direction across marketing, communications, brand, digital, events, client insight and marketing operations.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the firm’s integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategy, overseeing campaigns, PR, thought leadership, digital presence and events. A key focus of the role will be driving data-led decision-making, optimising processes, and enhancing the firm’s use of marketing technology to deliver measurable impact.
Working closely with the senior management team, you will ensure alignment between marketing, operational and wider business strategy, supporting the firm’s growth ambitions and strengthening its market position.
Leadership will be central to your success. You will inspire and develop a team spanning marketing, communications and operations, embedding best practice, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. You will also build strong relationships across the firm, partnering with colleagues in client service, business development and strategic relationships to deliver joined-up, client-focused outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in a senior marketing and operations role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. You will have a strong track record in delivering integrated campaigns, managing brand and reputation, and leveraging marketing technology. A strategic mindset, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead teams through change are essential.
