Working cross-functionally with programming, creative and venue teams, you will set the tone and strategy for how we present ourselves online.

What you’ll be accountable and responsible for:

  • Own day-to-day scheduling and publishing across all major social platforms, ensuring consistent output aligned with channel best practices.
  • Oversee content output across each platform, ensuring brand tone, narrative consistency, and real-time cultural relevance.
  • Ensure strategies align with business objectives, brand positioning, commercial goals and audience development.

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Own the content calendar and production pipeline across social and digital touchpoints.
  • Guide the ideation, creation and publishing of standout multimedia content, including video, short-form, long-form, editorial, and experiential.
  • Develop thumb-stopping, shareable content that drives engagement, reach and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative and production teams to plan and deliver high-impact content. Ensure aesthetic consistency and high production values are maintained.
  • Drive the development of new social-first content formats and recurring editorial series to build audience loyalty and brand differentiation.
  • Lead content planning for activations including events, photo shoots and campaigns, ensuring assets are captured for multiple use cases.
  • Leverage emerging trends, formats and tools to stay ahead of the curve.

Community Engagement & Management

  • Build and nurture online communities around Broadwick Live brands and venues.
  • Lead engagement strategy to foster two-way communication, cultural relevance and loyalty.

  • Monitor and respond to community sentiment and feedback across platforms.

Performance & Insights

  • Define KPIs for engagement, reach, growth and content performance across platforms.
  • Use data and insights to iterate, test and optimise creative formats, posting strategies and content types.
  • Regularly evaluate platform performance and audience insights to refine creative and strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Align social and content goals with broader brand and commercial objectives.

Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Own the process of briefing the design team to ensure all social media assets are aligned with broader marketing and content objectives.
  • Work closely with our partnerships team to shape and execute multi-channel social strategies for branded campaigns and collaborations.
  • Liaise with external agencies, freelancers and partners to scale delivery and creative impact.
You’ll need to have:
  • 5+ years of experience leading social media and content strategy within high-growth, culturally-driven brands – ideally in live events, music or entertainment.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-platform content campaigns with measurable results.

  • Deep understanding of youth culture, music (especially electronic), and digital storytelling trends.
  • Demonstrated experience building communities and shaping digital narratives across established and emerging platforms.
  • Experience in video production, short-form storytelling, and editorial content creation.
  • Confident using insights and analytics to inform content decisions and platform strategy.
