The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Marketer to join our Marketing Leadership Team. In this role, you will report directly to the VP Marketing to lead the optimisation of our marketing processes and workflows, our data team on marketing analytics, and lead on key strategic initiatives, while helping to drive operational efficiencies across all marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding process improvement and strategic program management, with a strong understanding of marketing measurement frameworks and data analytics.

We have bold growth plans through 2025 and beyond and this role will be instrumental in boosting our trajectory.

What will you be doing?

  • Marketing Process Optimisation: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and on-going refinements of a Marketing Management System. Continuously assess and refine existing processes and systems to streamline marketing operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency across the organisation. 
  • Resource an Budget Management: Guide the Marketing Leadership Team in the strategic allocation and management of marketing resources and budget, with a focus on leveraging data to guide investment decisions. In close partnership with strategic finance, collaborate with MLT to forecast budget and resource needs and identify potential gaps before they arise. Review budget management processes and refine and enhance to drive operational excellence.
  • OKR Planning and Tracking: Partner with Marketing Leadership Team to develop Marketing-wide OKRs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Developing the plan for rolling out OKR framework to 40+ marketing team members. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership. Partner with data-analytics and leverage automation tools to ensure real-time visibility into performance metrics aligned to OKRs.
  • Marketing Measurement Framework: Partnering with the Marketing Leadership and Data Analytics team, establish a Marketing Measurement Framework that reflects the full Marketing Mix - from Brand through to Demand, Retention & Advocacy. Use marketing analytics and reporting tools to provide ongoing reporting to leadership, whilst also generating insights to support consistent performance optimisation.
  • Data & Reporting: Design and oversee regular reporting cadence across the Marketing function and wider organisation to ensure all progress reports plug into existing senior leadership reporting structure. Partner closely with the data-analytics team by prioritising requests and helping to translate marketing requirements. Partner with marketing operations to guide the data teams creation of self-serve analytics for the marketing team via suggestions on refinements to dashboards and reports. 
  • Strategic Initiatives and Collaboration: Partner closely with key stakeholders from Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Operations and Data-Analytics teams, to ensure that Marketing needs and requirements are represented. Be a key contributor to Strategic Initiatives such as Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Planning and other Key Initiatives pertinent to the Revenue Leadership Team.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Proven tenured experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy and program management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing management systems, project management methodologies, and process improvements.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-informed decisions, and experience with Looker or other BI tools.
