We’re looking for a confident and people‑focused HR Advisor to join us on a maternity cover contract, providing high‑quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be a trusted support to managers and employees, helping to maintain a positive, values‑led culture while leading and developing two team members.

RequirementsWhat You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing timely, pragmatic HR advice across performance, wellbeing, employee relations and policy
  • Supporting people initiatives including wellbeing, engagement, reward and recognition
  • Preparing meaningful HR reporting and insights for senior leaders
  • Ensuring consistent processes, great employee experiences and alignment to our core values
  • Advising and supporting the HR team and managers through elements of the recruitment lifecycle
Line Management Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and support the HR Coordinator and HR Administrator
  • Hold monthly 1:1s focused on objectives, performance, wellbeing and development
  • Identify skills needs and support succession planning with the HR Manager
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, high‑performing team environment
What You’ll Bring
  • CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable)
  • Strong HR generalist experience across ER, wellbeing, benefits and employment law
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A proactive, organised approach with high attention to detail
The Package
  • £36,000 – £38,000 per annum
  • 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday
  • Hybrid working, 2 days from home after probation
  • A supportive team and the chance to make a real difference
