Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our Global Data & Workflow organization, providing strategic HR guidance and operational excellence in a fast-paced, highly matrixed global environment. This role will work closely with senior leadership and the broader People Team to drive key talent initiatives, foster employee development, and implement impactful HR strategies across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-scope HR support for the Global Data & Workflow organization, as well as regional support as necessary for other functional areas based in EMEA and APAC, including change management, implementation of performance metrics and career development, in partnership with Global Head of HRBPs and other People team members
  • Build credible relationships with key management in the Data & Workflow organization and Regional leadership, business partners and peers globally by combining commercial and HR expertise to add value to the business
  • Partner closely with Global Head of HRBPs to help leaders drive the human capital agenda, consult on critical talent decisions and achieve operational excellence for the business 
  • Understand the vision, purpose and strategy of a business and how this aligns with HR strategies
  • Support the People Team agenda to get results based on business goals and strategies, by executing on specific people-focused initiatives
  • Use data, metrics and internal/external trends to share insights that drive HR projects and activities
  • Execute and contribute to HR initiatives that make the organization more effective, e.g., retention strategies and employee development
  • Coach people managers in order to better manage their business, develop their people and drive business results
  • Collaborate with HR peers and internal clients to achieve flawless execution of HR initiatives and annual processes
  • Display confidence, emotional intelligence, solution orientation mindset and decisiveness
  • Support other HRBPs in their remits if/when required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in progressive Human Resources Business Partner role supporting highly-matrixed, cross-regional organizations in a fast-paced, high growth global organization
  • Ability to use HR reporting & analytics in generating insights and presenting findings back to the business, as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data
  • Demonstrated experience serving in a consultative capacity to leaders and employees
  • Experience collaborating with various HR and cross-functional corporate partners
  • Ability to execute employee engagement initiatives with excellence in a dynamic, global collaborative environment; dedication to innovation and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated expertise building consensus on a cross-functional basis
