Are you an experienced HR Business Partner ready to turn strategy into people success?
We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner to join our HR & Development team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our Business Services functions, helping leaders achieve their strategic goals through effective people plans, strong employee engagement, and best-practice HR delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll balance commercial objectives, culture, and risk, ensuring our HR practices reflect both legal sector requirements and modern people management standards.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, top-tier law firm. You’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership team, providing hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle.
