Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to strengthen our people strategy, leadership capability, and organizational culture. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations by partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams, improve employee engagement, and implement scalable HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, manufacturing, technical, sales, and leadership positions.
  • Develop talent pipelines to reduce hiring turnaround time.
  • Enhance employer branding and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Performance Management

  • Design and drive KRAs, KPIs, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Partner with department heads to improve accountability and business performance.
  • Support succession planning and internal career development initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs.
  • Foster effective communication between management and employees.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions, stay interviews, and retention initiatives.
  • Strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.

HR Operations

  • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
  • Ensure HR policies, documentation, and records are maintained accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR governance.

HR Analytics

  • Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
  • Utilize HRMS/ERP data to support business decisions.
  • Monitor recruitment, attrition, productivity, and employee engagement metrics.

Business Partnership & Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Directors and Department Heads on strategic HR initiatives.
  • Coach managers on people management and leadership practices.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.


Requirements

Education

  • MBA / PGDM or Master's Degree in Human Resources (Preferred).

Experience

  • 8–15 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
  • Experience implementing KRAs, KPIs, HR systems, and HR analytics.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • High level of ownership, integrity, maturity, and execution capability.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels, from factory employees to senior leadership.
