As the HR Operational Effectiveness Director on the People Team, you’ll play a critical role in scaling Taboola’s talent infrastructure globally. You’ll co-create, implement, and embed tools and frameworks that shape how we develop, retain, and grow top talent. From performance management to talent mobility, you’ll partner with leaders across the business to ensure Taboola is future-ready and talent-strong.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:- 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent, or Organisational Development, with global scope and impact.
- Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, talent development, and organizational design.
- Experience leading complex change initiatives such as reorganizations, M&A, or workforce transformations.
- Strong business acumen and experience advising or partnering with senior leaders to drive results through talent strategy.
- Hands-on experience creating and scaling employee lifecycle frameworks across multiple functions or geographies.
- Experience leading L&D, talent technology implementations, or internal mobility programs.
- Familiarity with DE&I integration into leadership and talent development strategies.

- Building and embedding scalable global frameworks for performance management, succession planning, and high-potential development.
- Leading strategic HR programs across the talent lifecycle—including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders to embed talent tools and workforce planning into everyday decision-making.
- Coaching senior leaders on performance, growth, and transformation, with a clear focus on measurable business impact.
- Driving continuous improvement by auditing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing value across all HR delivery.
- Managing and partnering with the Director of L&D to deliver targeted development programs and leadership capability initiatives.
