What you’ll get to do

We’re looking for an ambitious, people-powered HR Operations Lead to join our team and drive HR excellence across all corners of PlanRadar. You’ll be reporting directly to our Global People Director and leading a team of 5 HR Generalists. Together, you’ll keep our HR engine running while shaping the way we scale, simplify and support our growing global team. This is your chance to own the entire operational HR experience in a fast-paced SaaS scale-up. You’ll lead, build, and grow a high-performing team and be the go-to person for process improvement, data integrity, and everything in between.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

  • Define team goals and priorities aligned with our global People strategy.
  • Inspire, coach and develop a team of 5 HR Generalists across multiple countries.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline processes, simplify workflows, and boost performance.
  • Build a solid HR analytics framework to guide smart decision-making and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments and ensure HR is always in sync with business needs.
  • Oversee HR systems, payroll accuracy, and data privacy across all markets we operate in.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a degree in HR, Business Admin, or something similar.
  • You have hands-on experience leading HR operations, managing international teams, and implementing scalable systems.
  • You have a process-obsessed mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • You have solid leadership skills and the ability to keep your cool while juggling multiple priorities.
  • You have a strong data-driven approach with the ability to build and implement data analytics processes within HR.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • You get bonus points if you've done all this in a high-growth, SaaS or tech environment!

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 70.000. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher
