We are looking for an Junior HRBP/ HRPP for the Core Business Unit to work with our remote, globally distributed multinational teams.

The role involves working with global teams.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of the personnel within the business unit, ensuring that employees contribute to achieving the company's strategic goals and financial targets.
  • Manage staffing, ensuring the business unit has the right number of people who have successfully completed their probationary period and meet the company's satisfaction.
  • Foster employee engagement and retention, creating a work environment where employees are motivated and committed to staying with the company and taking on new responsibilities.
  • Implement and enforce HR processes within the business unit, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and measure the satisfaction of managers and employees of the business unit with the HR function.

We expect from you:

  • 4+ years of successful experience in an HR BP / HRD role  with exposure to investment environments or portfolio companies.
  • Experience working directly with founders and C-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of company growth stages (seed to growth) and cap table basics (at a practical level).
  • Ability to implement and ensure execution of key employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, development, succession planning, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Proven track record of managing key HR metrics (payroll budget, turnover, efficiency, engagement, loyalty), with hands-on experience in C&B and analytics.
  • Experience working across multiple entities or business units (e.g. portfolio companies / multi-asset environment).
  • Strong persistence and ability to drive results.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on data, metrics, and outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High level of persistence and ability to operate in uncertainty.
  • Strong command of both Russian and English is a must.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
