Job Overview

Responsible for all operational aspects related to the HR Partner Team in East Europe. Ensures cross-country alignment and compliance through structured frameworks and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track HRPT priorities, key initiatives, and deliverables; drive execution and follow up on required activities across key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with HR Partner team leads and other key stakeholders to understand common themes and challenges and incorporate input into HRPT key initiatives.

  • Coordinate and plan EE HR Connect calls.

  • Manage bi-annual Functional Reviews, prepare HR analytics, coordinate with countries HRPT members and COE.

  • Coordinate all activities where input/actions from EE HRPT is required – C&B, HRIS, Employee relations, HRPT Global initiatives, collaboration with HR Leads, etc.

  • Workday Roadmap Development: Coordinating country-level input for HRIS enhancements and prioritizing system improvements

  • Take active part in HRPT PMO communicate, ensure that EE is visible and share best practices.

  • East Europe HRPT Project oversight.

  • Visier and KPI Alignment: Ensuring consistency in people metrics reporting and dashboard updates for strategic reviews.

  • Act as HR analytics champion for the region.

  • Act as AI champion for the region.

  • Leading projects covering whole EE – some examples – East Europe Car Policy, East Europe Payroll Project, Span of control optimization, Benefits Cost optimization.

Requirements

Key experience
• Excellence in project / program management
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

• Tech Savviness: comfortable using the modern technology within work, for example AI
• Evidence of high-quality delivery
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Knowledgeable of HR/People programs and processes
• Effective time-management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities to meet deadlines
