How you will make a difference: 
The HR Services Advisor is a key position taking responsibility for coordinating HR daily activities between the GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) business and In-Country Experts, Clients, and Workers to effectively onboard new workers, coordinate them through the employment end to end process (including payroll) with ultimate ownership for quality and service delivery in UK/ROI.
This role is offered on a full-time basis as a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
 

  • Partner closely with our HR Services Managers and Advisors to deliver high-quality, compliant Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) services to clients and workers worldwide.
  • Take ownership of the full worker employment lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — ensuring a smooth experience at every stage.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation with accuracy, supporting both employees and internal teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for workers, providing clear guidance and timely support.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to oversee the entire employment lifecycle while ensuring strict legal compliance.
  • Guarantee all contracts and employment documents meet local legislation requirements.
  • Support payroll operations by preparing HR data, running reports, conducting quality checks, and answering payroll-related queries.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Payroll team to ensure accurate, timely payroll cycles.
  • Maintain up-to-date worker records, including personal data and absences, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Live and promote Safeguard Global’s values in every interaction with clients, workers, and colleagues.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management in line with the level and function of this post.
     

What will make you stand out:   

  • Bring hands-on HR operations expertise, managing the full employee lifecycle with confidence and precision.
  • Leverage your CIPD qualification (or equivalent) to provide credibility, insight, and HR best practice.
  • Apply your strong knowledge of UK/ROI labor and employment legislation to ensure compliance and protect both employees and the business.
  • Make an impact with EOR experience, using your understanding of international employment and compliance to support global teams.
  • Use your payroll knowledge to support accurate, efficient HR and payroll processes.
  • Be an exceptional communicator in English, engaging stakeholders at all levels with clarity and professionalism.
  • Confidently use ticketing systems to track, monitor, and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Build and nurture strong, people-focused relationships across teams and regions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, bringing organisation, attention to detail, and resilience to every task.
  • Take initiative and ownership while working collaboratively, balancing independence with team alignment.
