Job Description

As a member of the Human Resources Global Delivery Team, you will be an integral part of HR’s digital transformation and will provide data analytics support across Human Resources and Global Business Services (GBS) to design and deliver the next generation of HR’s digital service model.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Technology Analyst to join our Global HR Delivery team. This entry-level role will focus heavily on data integrity and cleanup within Workday, supporting the accuracy and consistency of employee data across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong Excel skills, and a desire to grow within the HR Technology space.

Reporting to the Sr Manager of HR Technology & Analytics, you will help support all data and technology enablement required to modernize HR service delivery. Working in close collaboration with cross functional teams, you will support tools, analytics, and digital solutions that bring our future HR operating model to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data audits and cleanup activities in Workday to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in identifying data discrepancies and work with HR partners to resolve issues.
  • Support data migration and validation efforts during system updates or process changes.
  • Maintain documentation of data cleanup processes and audit findings.
  • Collaborate with HRIS team members to improve data governance and quality controls.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for Workday-related inquiries.
  • Participate in testing and validation of system changes or enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or data analysis roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cleansing). (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing/enrichment).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data cleanup or data migration projects.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle data.
  • Exposure to reporting tools or data visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI).
