We are seeking a consultative and strategic HR Technology & Transformation Advisor to support enterprise-wide HR IT transformation and legislative initiatives. This role will lead the design and implementation of scalable, employee-centric services that align with digital HR system capabilities.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Legal, and Data teams to ensure services are compliant, inclusive, and aligned with organisational goals and strategy.
Design and advisory of end-to-end HR services that support strategic transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Lead service blueprinting and process design for key HR functions such as compensation, benefits, talent management, and organizational design.
Translate regulatory and policy requirements into scalable, compliant service models.
Develop enterprise-wide Job Architecture frameworks, including job families, levels, titling conventions, and career pathways, ensuring consistency and scalability across geographies and functions.
Collaborate with People Analytics to define and monitor key HR metrics and reporting frameworks.
Engage with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to ensure job frameworks and HR services meet internal and external regulatory standards.
Facilitate employee journey mapping to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance user experience.
Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms that enable transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead co-design sessions, governance forums, and transformation workstreams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR, IT, and business leaders.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in HR technology (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of how HR systems enable business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to advise senior stakeholders on HR technology strategy, design, and alignment with organisational objectives specifically Reward and Talent strategies.
Strong knowledge of HR, specifically Rewards and Organisational Design and business processes (such as compensation, Talent, Payroll, Performance) and how they are impacted by technology.
Experience in leading or supporting HR technology rollouts, including solution design, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong consultative skills, with the ability to diagnose client challenges and recommend fit-for-purpose HR technology solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner across multi-disciplinary teams.
Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders) and influence decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable business value from HR technology
Nice to have:
Experience with remuneration and reward philosophies, job architecture, and organisational design.
Strong experience supporting change in response to legislative or regulatory framework changes, particularly where HR and Finance processes are impacted.
Exposure to international HR operations, with an understanding of cultural and regulatory differences.
Professional certification in relevant HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
