At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland we design, develop and produce radial piston motors working in partnership with world renowned international OEM’s in industries such as material handling, construction and forestry machinery

Job Description

What will you be doing?

  • Responding to staff and manager enquiries
  • Driving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll compliance
  • Assisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview scheduling
  • Maintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Conducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentation
  • Handling payroll data and time/attendance reporting
  • Staying updated on employment law to advise management
  • Coordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policies
  • Supporting disciplinary processes and cross-functional projects
  • Generating HR reports and assisting with audits

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • HR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is essential
  • Experience of using AI tools to automate HR tasks and improve efficiency
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI and Word is essential
  • Interest in learning HR processes and employment law legislation
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
