Description

Kody, an innovative Fintech company focused on enhancing online payment solutions and financial services for brick-and-mortar businesses, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our rapidly growing team.

As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in the integration of our systems with client environments, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal functionality. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process, configure our solutions, and provide technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Your expertise will help drive the successful adoption of Kody's solutions and enhance client satisfaction. A thorough understanding of software implementation and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and design effective implementation strategies.
  • Configure and deploy Kody's software solutions as per client specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they have all the information they need to conduct the technical integration.
  • Provide ongoing technical support during and after the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and refine implementation processes.
  • Document processes, configurations, and any issues encountered during implementations.
  • Stay current with product updates and enhancements to relay relevant information to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software implementation or technical support roles.
  • Strong understanding of SDKs & APIs and experience with integration processes.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
