YOUR MISSION AS INFLUENCER MARKETING & DATA STRATEGIST


Your mission is to help the most inspiring brands in Europe (Kolsquare’s clients) reach their full influencer marketing potential in executing the most effective IM strategies.


YOUR SCOPE AS INFLUENCER MARKETING & DATA STRATEGIST


Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing personalized influence strategies for our major clients on a global scale. Your responsibilities extend beyond performance analysis to constructing a tailored consulting service, ensuring value delivery and client satisfaction.


Your main responsibilities will be the following: 

- Build & Implement a premium IM consulting service, targeting the decision makers of Kolsquare’s clients to offer strategic guidance & trends insights in order to constantly optimize the effectiveness of IM and Kolsquare tool within our clients’ organization

- Collaborate with Kolsquare data team to process in-depth relevant metrics on our clients usage and performance

- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques, to propose the most relevant and innovative solutions for each client

- Analyze clients IM performance and industry trends to derive insightful strategic recommendations and impactful personalized solutions

- Be a key player in managing Kolsquare clients relationship, in coordination with the customer success team, especially by taking initiatives, presenting strategic recommendations directly to decision-makers and ensuring the follow-up

- Collaborate with other Kolsquarians (Sales, Account Manager, Product, etc.)


This job is tailored for you if: 


- You have 5 years of work experience in a similar role, with experience of successful influencer marketing strategies. 

- You are very comfortable with excel & data in general and you like to dig on it

- You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- You are creative and think out of the box

- You are very organized, proactive, have a synthetic mind

- You have excellent written and oral communication skills

- You are a solution maker: you face challenges with enthusiasm, and always think about solutions

- You are a team player

- You love digital marketing, social media and/or influencer marketing

- You are French speaker and fluent in English (compulsory)
