About the Role:
The Solution Architect supporting Integration Partners is a partner focused technical expert who applies their expertise to support, enable, and guide CrowdStrike's Integration Partners. You will be expected to contribute to technical aspects of partner solutions and participate in strategic alliance based initiatives and programs relating to technical architecture, solution delivery, partner execution, partner training and enablement as well as working internally to represent the needs of the Solution Architecture & Alliances organizations. The ideal candidate will have a good mix of deep technical knowledge and business acumen in the security market place. In this position you will be working with team leaders to deliver and execute technology strategies to meet strategic corporate and partner needs, present and future.

This is a remote position which can be performed anywhere in the US except for the state of Colorado.

What You'll Do:

  • Create solutions and integrations with partner technologies and CrowdStrike’s Platform & technologies

  • Work closely with Integration Partners, their Solution Architects, Sales Engineers and Corporate Engineering to promote and further CrowdStrike's Sales growth.

  • Assist Global & Strategic partner team members to accomplish integration validation.

  • Assist Partners with NFR environments. Including but not limited to installations, troubleshooting and training for CrowdStrike products.

  • Assist with demo environments

  • Provide inputs to technical enablement offerings.

  • Act as an interface between the multiple internal teams to resolve issues

  • Provide reporting and feedback on partner field activities

  • Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner sponsored events.

What You'll Need:

  • Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms

  • Knowledge in some of the following areas: Endpoint Defense, Modern Malware Lifecycle, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident response, Endpoint Management

  • Experience with a modern programming language like: Golang, Python, Java, C++, etc.

  • Experience in a security focused solution architect or sales engineer role

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives

  • Ability to travel both domestic and internationally up to 30% (only business critical travel will be allowed during the pandemic.  This travel requirement could be changed in a post pandemic situation)

  • Prior experience with data consumption capabilities including API’s, scripting, and data exchange formats

  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, VBScript, Bash and/or Python

  • Optional: Business development experience in a consulting and/or services environment

  • Optional: CISSP, CEH, Security+, or similar certifications

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $75,000 - $115,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
