ABOUT THE ROLE
The Integration Specialist at Trustly plays a key role in guiding new and existing merchants through the integration process. This role is focused on integrations within gaming. The Integration team ensures that merchants successfully integrate Trustly's API, enabling them to fully leverage our products and maximize the value. The team is based in Stockholm and Malta.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and drive multiple merchant integrations in parallel, leading technical discussions with stakeholders across diverse organizational levels
  • Guide and lead merchants throughout the integration process; you will also be collaborating closely with Trustly’s Partners and Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
  • Validate merchants have implemented Trustly’s API correctly prior go-live
  • Partner with the Trustly commercial teams providing technical expertise in both pre and post sales dialogues with our merchants
  • Continuously refine Trustly’s API documentation, integration workflows, and internal routines always with the goal to elevate the overall merchant experience

Who you are

  • Around 3 years of experience from a technical role
  • Highly service-oriented and customer-focused, with a natural curiosity and strong understanding of technology and how systems communicate with each other
  • Solution-driven with a strong analytical ability and resourceful when it comes to solving problems
  • Possess a working knowledge of computer networking, HTTP, and SQL.
  • Experience in programming, mobile app development, system integrations, and/or online payments is a strong advantage
  • A team player but are also comfortable working independently. You are flexible, able to shift tasks and priorities as needed
