Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Integration Support Specialists at our expanding Technology and Development center. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a vibrant, technology-driven environment. As an Integration Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in the dynamic world of game development. This position serves as a gateway into the thriving game development industry, providing exposure to modern technologies and opportunities for professional growth. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Provide timely and efficient support for day-to-day inquiries and service requests from clients. 
  • Track and meticulously follow up on reported bugs, glitches, and issues encountered by clients to ensure prompt resolution. 
  • Continuously refine and enhance processes, procedures, and tools utilized in client support operations to optimize efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. 
  • Effectively resolve simple technical tasks and inquiries while efficiently escalating more complex issues to other departments for further investigation. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and product development, to address customer concerns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring personalized support and building positive relationships with clients. 
  • Demonstrate adaptability by responding to changing priorities and customer needs. 
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge within the company's framework. 

Who You Are: 

  • Proficient in English (min. B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Customer-centric, with a genuine desire to help and ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of troubleshooting issues efficiently in real-time. 
  • A team player with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to cross-functional efforts. 
  • Strong adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to work evenings as needed. 
  • Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
  • Empathetic and patient, demonstrating understanding while resolving customer concerns, especially in high-pressure situations. 
  • Committed to ongoing learning and professional development.

  • Basic understanding of technology, including Unix systems, MySQL, RESTful APIs, HTTP, and JavaScript. 
  • Technical proficiency with cloud platforms and online gaming operations. 
  • Previous experience as a gamer or familiarity with various gaming platforms and genres, enhancing the ability to relate to customers' needs.
