As an interaction designer you are a key team player, supporting the successful design of projects across the company. 

You are clearly developing as a strong UI designer, as well as being well versed in related disciplines such as working with wireframes and branding. 

You’re developing strong skills in industry standard software and are committed to producing high quality design work. Your passion for design shines through in the care and attention you bring to every project.

You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation. You’re a team player who’s proactive, solution focused, and always ready to contribute to creating outstanding design outcomes.


Requirements

DESIGN

  • Roll out designs of pages across desktop and mobile. 
  • Take on specific retainer UX/UI design tasks and updates.
  • Create interactive prototypes
  • Have good colour and typography knowledge to help find the right colours and fonts for brands
  • Create mockups based on a brand style/guidelines
  • Translating brand into successful UI
  • Provide support on various tasks including idea generation and moodboard research
  • A good understanding of accessible design and design systems specifically using variables and tokenisation is a bonus
  • Good working knowledge of Figma.

CONTENT STUDIO

  • QA our builds
  • Support content population, asset creation, and optimisation 
  • Create assets for case studies and credentials visuals
  • Help organise and tidy presentation slides
  • Assist with creating motion graphics for our case studies and social media


We expect you to be knowledgeable in:

  • Industry standard UX/UI tools, namely Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.

Your experience:

  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates the above.
  • Studying for, or recently completed a relevant design degree or similar qualification.

How we work:

  • You will report to the Creative Director
  • You will work within the Product Delivery team
  • This is a remote role, with the option to work from our space in Islington
  • This is a 6 month placement. Future employment will be considered at the end of the placement.
