We are looking for a proactive, collaborative and delivery-focused HR Project Manager to join our EMEA HR team on a 12-month secondment.

Working with our HR colleagues, business leaders and other key stakeholders, you will lead and coordinate varied regional HR projects across the employee lifecycle, along with ad hoc requirements. Projects may include cyclical people initiatives such as employee engagement survey action planning, responses to new legislative requirements such as pay transparency implementing new processes or technology such as time and attendance, and supporting wider HR change and transformation programmes.

You will manage assigned projects from initial scoping and planning through to implementation, handover and closure. The role offers an opportunity to work across countries and teams, building regional experience and make a significant and lasting contribution to HR delivery and initiatives across EMEA.

Immediate projects include Partner on-boarding and ERM Connect implementation.

  • Prepare clear and concise project updates, presentations, recommendations and decision points for project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Analyse people and project data to identify insights, risks and opportunities (risk/decision logs, escalating concerns, proposing solutions promptly etc)
  • Assess the people, process, data and technology impacts of proposed changes.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption activities.
  • Monitor project progress, implementation outcomes, adoption and benefits, taking action where required to keep delivery on track
  • Connect with relevant parties to ensure regional projects appropriately consider local legislation, including data privacy requirements.
  • Capture lessons learned to ensure completed project transition into business as usual.

Essential experience and skills

  • Demonstrable experience of managing projects from initial scoping and planning through to implementation and closure.
  • Experience of supporting or delivering HR, people, organisational change or transformation projects.
  • Strong project planning, prioritisation, governance and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to deliver multiple projects and priorities within agreed timescales.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships across different levels, countries and functions within a matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into practical recommendations.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain sight of the wider project objective
  • A collaborative, pragmatic and delivery-focused approach with the ability to identify risks and issues early and provide solutions.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to complex projects, build strong relationships and, importantly, turn plans into delivery
