We invite an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team working on an enterprise-grade Point-of-Sale platform used by global restaurant and retail brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of 20+ Business Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting requirements definition and contributing to the delivery of features across various system components.

Is that you?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
  • Good understanding of BA fundamentals (requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence and Jira
  • Ability to write clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

  • Exposure to payment and loyalty systems, as well as system integrations across multiple components
  • Exposure to POS systems

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll support the team in defining, documenting, and managing business requirements, contributing to the delivery of new features and improvements.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior team members
  • Write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to support development
  • Collaborate with development, QA, product teams, and other BAs to ensure understanding of requirements
  • Participate in requirements clarification, backlog refinement, and team discussions
  • Support updates to documentation and requirements based on feedback and changes
  • Learn and follow established BA processes, contributing to their improvement where possible
