We invite an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our team working on an enterprise-grade Point-of-Sale platform used by global restaurant and retail brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of 20+ Business Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting requirements definition and contributing to the delivery of features across various system components.

✅ Is that you?
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
- Good understanding of BA fundamentals (requirements elicitation, documentation, user stories)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence and Jira
- Ability to write clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Exposure to payment and loyalty systems, as well as system integrations across multiple components
- Exposure to POS systems
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll support the team in defining, documenting, and managing business requirements, contributing to the delivery of new features and improvements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior team members
- Write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria to support development
- Collaborate with development, QA, product teams, and other BAs to ensure understanding of requirements
- Participate in requirements clarification, backlog refinement, and team discussions
- Support updates to documentation and requirements based on feedback and changes
- Learn and follow established BA processes, contributing to their improvement where possible
