Job Title: Intern - Channel Sales (Building Management Systems)

Location: Horsham

Role Type: 2026 12-month sandwich course placement

Job Summary:

As a Channel Sales BMS Intern at Honeywell, in Horsham, you will be fully trained to provide proactive commercial and operational support to the Account Management team, as well as independently managing a portfolio of smaller partner accounts. Through effective coordination of quotations, orders, and escalation processes, you will helps drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction within the channel.


This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 12 months to cover a sandwich placement starting in Summer 2026.

Key responsibilities:

You will work closely with experienced professionals, and be provided with a buddy to gain hands-on experience within a friendly and supportive team to be trained to achieve the following:

  • Partner & Account Management Support: Our partners are based in the Smart Buildings, (heating and ventilation), industry. You will handle day-to-day partner requests, including quotation creation, technical inquiries, lead follow-up, and order tracking for the Account Management team.
  • Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare accurate and timely quotations and proposals for BMS solutions (hardware, software, services) utilising Honeywell pricing and configuration tools.
  • Tail Account Ownership: Independently manage a designated portfolio of smaller or inactive partner accounts across Northern Europe, including the Nordics and Benelux regions.
  • Sales Operations & Forecasting: Maintain accurate opportunity data within CRM (Salesforce), ensuring pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy across assigned accounts and supported territories.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to deliver seamless partner support.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • At 2025 graduate or a current degree student requiring a 2026 1 year industrial placement studying Administration, Marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • An interest in Building Management Systems
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Able to work fulltime for this 12-month placement
  • Lives within an easy commute of Horsham
  • Business level English communication skills, both written and spoken
