About The Job
The impact you’ll have

As the Internal Recruiter you will play a crucial role in the hiring process by sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top talents for our global organization.

You will be part of the Talent team at Group level and will also be exposed to a number of different internal projects.

  • You will develop sourcing strategies and create effective methods to source talented candidates.
  • You will manage the entire recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and following the candidate throughout the process.
  • You will work closely with hiring managers and HRBPS in order to understand staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Covering a Group role, you will follow various recruitment projects in a lot of different functions.
  • You will need to stay updated on industry trends to ensure best-in-class candidate sourcing.
  • You will ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for

  • You have obtained a Master’s Degree.
  • You have at least 3-4 years’ of experience in a Recruiting/Head Hunting role.
  • You have excellent communication and organizational skills, you are proficient with applicant tracking systems, and you are able to devise sourcing strategies.
  • You are proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • You are able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
  • You are positive, have high-energy, and a collaborative work style.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian; your knoledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
