The Role
Capco is looking for a structured, and collaborative individual to join our UK COO team as a Senior Analyst within Resource Management. As part of the wider Operations team, this role is central to the success of our business and the career journeys of our people. You’ll support the alignment of colleagues to client projects, balancing business demand with individual aspirations while championing our #BeYourselfAtWork culture.
What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day resourcing activities, aligning consultants to projects that meet both client needs and career goals
- Provide guidance on prioritising business demands to help ensure effective deployment of talent
- Collaborate with consultants to understand skills, experience, and aspirations for suitable opportunities
- Partner with resourcing leads, recruitment, HR, and L&D to support delivery of business demand
- Analyse client demand to identify skills gaps and contribute to recruitment planning
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in resourcing, workforce planning, consulting, or recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyse and present data clearly

- Experience in a professional services or consultancy environment
- Strong presentation skills, including supporting onboarding or induction sessions
- Familiarity with resourcing processes in fast-paced organisations
