We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales and Key Account Manager with logistics experience and fluency in Chinese and English to join our team in Europe. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets in the logistics sector.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients while expanding business opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions to enhance their supply chain operations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and competitive terms.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and product development, to ensure the seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Track and report on sales performance and account metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or key account management within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics operations, supply chain solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
