Job responsibilities
- Sets up new fee schedules and manage billing processes
- Re-prices existing fee schedules and handles account closures and waivers
- Runs control reports and maintains fee documents
- Produces Management Information Systems and trend analysis
- Answers Front-Office queries across EMEA and Asia promptly and accurately
- Participates in testing efforts during projects
- Ensures daily tasks are completed and relevant controls are applied
- Conducts performance reviews and guides team members in their career goals

- Relevant working experience
