The International Project Manager is responsible for understanding overseas customer needs, providing pre-sale consultation, assisting with sales strategies, participating in negotiations, producing pre-sale plans and documents, collecting market dynamics, and planning after-sales service networks for autonomous driving technologies.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for in-depth understanding of overseas customer needs with the business team, providing professional pre-sale consultation, assisting the sales team in formulating sales strategies and customer visit plans, participating in business negotiations with important customers, providing technical support for the sales team, and ensuring the smooth progress of the sales process.
- Set to customer needs, produce high-quality pre-sale plans, product presentation documents and quotations to ensure the accuracy and professionalism of the plans and improve customer satisfaction. Help customers better understand the company's products and promote sales opportunities.
- Assist the business team in overseas bidding activities, including demand research, bidding writing with internal and external resources of the organization, contract writing, etc.
- Collect overseas market dynamics, customer feedback and competitor information to provide data support for the company's product research and development and market strategy adjustment.
- Organize internal and external resource maintenance product technical support documents, including product introduction, vehicle certification report, vehicle test report, maintenance manual, troubleshooting manual, parts catalogue, etc., to ensure the accuracy and integrity of technical support materials.
- Responsible for the planning and construction of overseas after-sales service networks, including the screening, evaluation, signing and management of dealers and maintenance stations, to ensure the coverage and service quality of the after-sales service network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering and other related majors are preferred.
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the automobile industry, including at least 3 years of pre-sale support for overseas automobile products, with rich project experience, understanding of automobile import and export regulations, certification standards, after-sales regulations and quality standards of major overseas automobile markets (such as Europe, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, etc.).
- Familiar with the technical principles, performance characteristics and production processes of automobiles and autonomous driving products, able to accurately grasp customer needs and provide professional technical solutions.
- Fluent in English, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in English to communicate with overseas customers and partners, and cross-cultural communication skills are preferred;
- With good communication skills, teamwork spirit and customer service awareness, the ideal candidate should be able to work closely with the sales team, R&D team, production team, etc. to jointly promote business development. Have strong learning ability and adaptability, be able to quickly understand and master new regulations, knowledge and product technology, and adapt to changes and challenges in overseas markets.
