Your challenges
As RDQI Intern, you will report to a Meals R&D Packaging Scientist and will support the Packaging Team in the following tasks:• Support on the organization and execution of different packaging projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, including line trials, discussion with suppliers...• Participation on productivity, sustainability and new materials investigation projects• Technical reports, analysis and interpretation of results that lead to conclusions and recommendations. Technical curiosity and collaborative mindset.• Gain hands-on experience in our factory, with the focus on working with the following material families: corrugated, flexibles & rigid.• Work together with experienced technical experts that will help you to develop your knowledge within the packaging world.
Qualifications• Studying Food Technology/Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc, with a strong academic record.• General knowledge of packaging materials & how they interact with food• Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish, other European languages are an advantage (German)• Previous internship/job experience valued• International experience/profile valued (ex. Erasmus)• Well-organized, team oriented and enthusiastic about working with an international team• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with high degree of autonomy• Drive for Results, planning and Priority Setting
