We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations and team, partnering closely with the business to deliver reliable, scalable technology outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and practical delivery — and is ready to step into broader strategic influence.

What would your day look like?
  • Lead and develop high-performing IT principles and processes.
  • Create a collaborative, accountable team culture
  • Partner with Business Operations to understand needs and priorities
  • Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions
  • Oversee IT operations, service delivery, and incident management
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and ways of working
  • Contribute to IT strategy, risk management, and technology roadmaps
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage Testlio Tool stack.
What do you need to succeed?

Technical Skills: 

  • Hands-on experience administering and supporting Google Workspace (e.g., user management, permissions, troubleshooting, automation).
  • Practical experience using Jira and Confluence to manage projects, workflows, and documentation.
  • Ability to write and maintain scripts in JavaScript and/or Python to automate processes or solve technical challenges.
  • Experience building, deploying, or maintaining containerized environments (Docker experience preferred).

Management & Governance Experience

  • Experience implementing or maintaining IT governance practices (policies, risk management, compliance).
  • Experience managing a portfolio of IT initiatives, including prioritization and tracking against business goals.
  • Vendor management experience (evaluating vendors, managing contracts, monitoring performance).
  • Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal controls and documentation.

Human Skills

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas simply
  • Proven ability to influence without relying on authority
  • Sound judgment and confidence in making decisions in ambiguous situations
  • Accountability, ownership, and follow-through

  • Experience leading or managing IT teams
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery and operations
