Responsible for Oracle CPQ Cloud Application. Works directly with business users to define requirements related to the Application, write design specifications, work with development team to build the objects, test and move these objects into Production Environment, and evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements. Accountable for the support, design, and execution of deliverable that ensure the project and operational support goals are met.
This position will report to the IT Manager - CPQ Global Technology-Platform & Capabilities.

Responsible for Oracle CPQ Cloud Application. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading projects, including the formulation and definition of systems scope based on user needs and knowledge of business and industry systems, as well as make recommendations for business solutions.
- Design solutions within Oracle CPQ Cloud application and in accord with IT architecture
- Help the team to perform unit, system integration, smoke and regression testing. coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Document requirements, solution design, testing evidence, change management artifacts, and systems configurations.
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommend system alternatives and enhancements; and
- Participate in recruiting activities, train and mentoring new team members.
- Work with other IT teams to integrate Oracle CPQ Cloud application with key applications.
- Implementation experience in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) with strong CRM Background
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in an analytic- or quantitative-focused field (e.g. statistics, computer science, engineering, social sciences, economics)
- 5 to 10 years of in-depth application experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud application
- Deep experience in multiple CPQ capabilities such as:
- Product modeling, configuration, and rules (configure-to-order CTO, engineer-to-order ETO)
- Guided configuration / guided selling
- Pricing / discounting
- Workflow / approvals
- Quoting / document generation / e-signature
- Contracts / subscriptions/ / renewals
- Cloud application architectures, data models, configuration, and customization
- CPQ platform technologies such as Oracle CPQ Cloud (formerly Big Machines)
- Proficient in understanding the application design, configuration / system setup and documentation of functional documents.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of individuals to achieve business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
