Job Description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in safeguarding our future? 🔐

As the IT Specialist of the site, you will collaborate with both internal and external partners and will have the opportunity to run projects end-to-end from project management to hands-on execution. You will be the local point of contact of the Cyber Security and OT (Operational Technology) P&G central teams. You will play a crucial role towards systems and applications’ compliance and security. You will support all the IT-related local initiatives of the site while ensuring company standards are being met.

💰Competitive compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 1840 EUR Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.  In addition to this, you will receive a 13th & 14th salary per year and a vacation bonus.

🫵 As an IT Specialist you will:

  • Proactively lead development, enrollment, and execution of the site Cyber Security action plan that feeds the site digital master plan.

  • Lead P&G’s enhanced vulnerability protection program and associated incident response

  • Own OT asset management

  • Secure the OT network and owns the management of firewalls

  • Ensure Systems are compliant with IT/OT Policies and Standards, including remediation of technical vulnerabilities.

  • Lead site cybersecurity capability building and create a sustainable and visible culture of cybersecurity awareness unique to the site.

  • Actively participate in the available CSL Community of Practices to bring back best practices, enhance site cybersecurity action plan, and share for reapplication.

  • Support in day-to-day IT operations (Server Rooms maintenance, printers, RDTs etc..)

  • Support in local applications governance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent technical degree) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Basic Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux distributions and the ability to perform basic system administration tasks, such as user account management and file system navigation.

  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for task automation & networks

  • Basic understanding of database concepts and familiarity with SQL.

  • Proficient self-starter with the ability to influence others and explain complex security ideas in business context.

  • Quick learner of new skills/processes, that can adapt to digital ecosystem changes and stay consistent in delivering business and organizational results.

  • Basic understanding of O365 tools – PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI (Preferred)
