What you'll doAs a IT Support Apprentice within our Digital X – Hosting Solutions Team you will :
- Support the provision of the day-to-day technology based services and assist in and validate the deployment of new applications and architecture across the Domain specifically around the Red Hat Linux, Windows, Citrix and Directory Platforms.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the Domain
- Support the delivery of Infrastructure management, Infrastructure support and the building of environments for systems plus
- Manage updates to environments ensuring all deployments to production environments meet the appropriate quality standards
- Work with the Senior Engineers to analyse and to support continuously improving the platforms through learning and applying new automation and ‘infrastructure as a code’ best practices.

An Apprenticeship is a development programme. At NatWest we offer apprenticeship programmes for candidates who have little or no qualifications or experience in the subject of study.
If you have substantial experience or qualifications in the apprenticeship subject, you may be overqualified and not meet the programme criteria. Please make sure you have checked the FAQs before applying to ensure you meet the requirements.
Eligibility
You’ll need to have either a Higher, an Advanced Higher, an A level, HNC or HND in a STEM subject to be eligible for this programme.
Or
A minimum of 12 months experience in an IT based role.
