About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled IT professionals to join our remote team as IT Specialists with expertise in CRM systems and Zoho applications. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing our IT systems, with a strong focus on Zoho tools (CRM, Recruit, Projects, Desk, etc.). You will also support integrations, workflows, and automation processes while ensuring the overall efficiency and security of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, configure, and optimize Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Projects, Desk, and others).

  • Provide remote IT support to team members across different locations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain integrations, workflows, and automation across multiple systems.

  • Monitor and enhance system performance, backups, and security protocols.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure IT solutions align with business needs.

  • Maintain proper documentation of IT processes, configurations, and updates.



RequirementsQualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in IT support, administration, and troubleshooting.

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho products (CRM, Recruit, Projects, Desk, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, APIs, and system integrations.

  • Familiarity with cloud services, remote IT tools, and general IT infrastructure.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with workflow automation and API integrations.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

  • Familiarity with other CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
