About the Morningstar Development Program (MDP)
The MDP is a two-year rotational program designed to prepare recent graduates for long-term careers at Morningstar. Based in our Madrid office, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple teams within our Credit Ratings business, supported by mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
We are hiring recent graduates for our MDP Program, and we would love the opportunity to connect with you. We will be attending the ESADE Career Fair on 11th March, and we will also be hosting coffee chat sessions from 17:00 - 18:00 h. where you will have the opportunity to speak with a Junior Analyst and the MDP Program Manager in an informal, small group setting.
