About the Job:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our relationships with the assigned retail partners. You will be responsible for supporting and managing some of our accounts in the EMEA region, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth execution of brand initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  •  Build strong relationships with the assigned retail partners across the UK and Europe, acting as their primary point of contact. 
  • Develop and implement annual Joint Business Plans, identify opportunities for growth and ensure the alignment on revenue goals in close collaboration with the assigned retail partners.
  • Key KPIs: sales to target, retailer P&L, forecasting accuracy.
  • Support Senior Account Manager in day-to-day account management tasks
  • Ad hoc retail tasks and projects

Driving Performance:

  •  Conducting analysis: analysis of sell in and sell out, providing reporting, actionable insights, and recommendations to enhance revenue and account health.
  •  Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue through strategic sell-through initiatives, assessing retailer inventory and PO management.
  •  Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, in close collaboration with Demand Planning team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and operations, to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery of PO’s and resolve any logistical issues and questions that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with external partners, contractors, and distributors to ensure the seamless execution of brand initiatives and marketing activities.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant and successful experience in a commercial customer-facing role. Beauty experience is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for the beauty industry and enthusiasm for supporting the growth of both Coco & Eve and Loving Tan brands.
