Want to work for the most iconic Chocolate brand in Belgium? Côte d'Or! This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work with a very diverse portfolio within our Côte d'Or brand in both Belgium and the Netherlands. You will work on the confectionary part of the Côte d'Or portfolio, which contains amongst others the iconic pralines Mignonnette, Bouchée and our bars/countlines. In this position, you'll develop and activate brand plans to help Côte d'Or stay relevant to consumers. You'll help the Brand Manager in executing cross-country projects in areas of new product development, portfolio renovation, packaging design, consumer activation and media planning. You will be exposed to P&L, demand planning & cost management.
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the Côte d'Or brand strategy, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

Job specific requirements:

  • Have obtained a Master's degree (preferably in Marketing or Business)
  • Have at least 2 to 3 years fulltime working experience in a marketing position within FMCG
  • A strong passion to our brands and business
  • A healthy curiosity and learning agility
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders and interact effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
  • Very strong analytical skills, ability to see the big picture and the willingness to recommend based on insights
  • The ability to present your story in an inspiring and convincing manner
  • A strong affinity & knowledge of the digital landscape is a strong plus
  • Are fluent in English (verbal and written) and either Dutch and/or French
