Computershare are currently looking to recruit a Junior Developer to join our Identity Team within Computershare Technology Services.

A role you will love 

We’re seeking a Junior Developer to work within our identity team. Our vision is to be the enabling force for secure, seamless, and compliant access across the entire enterprise. We aim to empower every user and system by providing the right access, at the right time, and only for the right reasons, adhering strictly to Zero Trust principles while maximising auditability and providing a world-class User Experience.

You’ll play a key role in building and enhancing our new PingOne Cloud IAM platform and integrating an Identity Verification (IDV) service powered by Trulioo. This is a chance to work on modern identity solutions that underpin security and compliance for the entire organisation.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Apply technical knowledge and expertise to design, build, test and deploy changes to applications and underlying frameworks to deliver business value, meet stakeholder expectations and avoid creating technical debt.
  • Follow organisational standards and policies so that you can work both independently and collaboratively within your team and with key stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team’s objectives.
  • Contribute to the quality of tasks, services and information provided by your team - through the quality of your own work ensure that your team delivers high-quality, maintainable software which adheres to internal standards and policies.
  • Support the evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimise their impact on the team’s delivery and/or supported products.
     

What will you bring to the role? 

We’re looking for someone who combines technical ability with a passion for identity and access management. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, including .NET.
  • Knowledge of SaaS applications and how they integrate within enterprise environments.
  • A solid understanding of data structures, models & relationships.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills – able to build effective relationships, share ideas, and listen actively.
  • A curious, continuous learner who embraces new concepts and technologies.
  • Self-motivation and initiative to create innovative solutions, while seeking guidance when needed.
