Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality visual content that strengthens the Bank’s brand and promotes its products and services.

The role focuses on creating impactful content across both digital channels and traditional marketing channels.


You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to deliver engaging and on-brand creative output.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation
    • Design and produce engaging artworks for digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, banners, email campaigns, website, print materials, presentations, etc.)
    • Develop consistent visual storytelling aligned with the bank’s brand guidelines
    • Create motion graphics, infographics, and multimedia content where required.
    • Support campaign ideation with strong visual concepts and mockups

  • Brand Development & Consistency
    • Ensure all creative outputs align with the bank’s brand identity, tone, and visual standards
    • Contribute to evolving and strengthening the bank’s visual language and creative direction
    • Maintain and update brand asset libraries
  • Market & Trend Awareness
    • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to improve engagement and brand perception
    • Stay updated with design trends, digital content formats, and financial services marketing practices

Required knowledge, skills and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
  • Experience in creating digital marketing content and visual campaigns
  • Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, branding, and campaign work
  • Understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats
  • Ability to translate complex financial/product information into simple visual narratives
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
