You will be responsible for:
- Supporting data workflows that drive their outbound campaigns: from lead sourcing to enrichment and CRM updates.
- Keeping their data clean and organized: help with filtering, scoring, and deduping leads.
- Assisting in building and optimizing LinkedIn and email outreach sequences.
- Working hands-on with tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, and automation platforms (they'll train you on the rest!).
- Collaborating with the Growth and Strategy team to align data, messaging, and targeting.
- Learning and applying best practices in data hygiene, automation, and deliverability.

Must Have
- Basic skills in Google Sheets / Excel (you’re comfortable using formulas and organizing data).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Google Apps Script.
- Some exposure to LinkedIn, email marketing, or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of data structures or simple coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Skills & Competences
- A strong interest in marketing automation, data, and growth tech.
- Curiosity and the ability to learn new tools quickly (Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, etc. — they'll guide you).
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive — you take ownership and follow through.
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
