Junior IT Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of IT solutions that align with business needs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assist in system evaluations, and contribute to the successful delivery of technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Support the analysis of existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
  • Help prepare project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user guides.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in reporting and issue tracking.
  • Provide support during system implementation and post-deployment phases.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT business analysis or related role.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group.
