About Tradeify FX

Tradeify is a fast-growing futures trading company built to help traders access the tools, technology, and opportunities they need to succeed. We combine a trader-first approach with modern technology to create a reliable, transparent, and engaging experience for our growing community.

Tradeify FX is our new team focused on the forex market, bringing that same approach to a global FX audience. We operate at the intersection of finance and technology, and we move quickly.

About the Role

We’re building out our FX offering for UK and European markets and need a detail-oriented junior hire to help keep it safe, compliant, and well-monitored. You’ll support the FX team’s day-to-day risk and compliance work: monitoring client and trading activity, checking it against our internal rules and applicable regulation, and producing the reporting that keeps leadership informed. It’s a strong first or second role for someone who wants a career in financial risk and compliance.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor FX accounts and trading activity for rule breaches, unusual behavior, and risk exposure

  • Review flagged accounts and escalate issues with clear, well-documented findings

  • Support KYC/AML onboarding checks, sanctions and PEP screening, and ongoing due diligence

  • Help maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls aligned with UK and EU requirements

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk and compliance reports for management

  • Track regulatory developments from bodies such as the FCA and ESMA, and flag anything that affects the FX business

  • Support GDPR / UK GDPR compliance in how client data is handled and stored

  • Keep audit-ready records and help respond to internal reviews and regulator or partner requests

  • Work with the FX, Support, and Operations teams to resolve compliance queries quickly

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, law, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 0-2 years of experience in risk, compliance, financial operations, or a similar analytical role (internships count)

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Clear written communication in English

  • Good judgment, integrity, and comfort handling confidential information

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and hit deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Basic understanding of FX markets, leverage, and retail trading concepts

  • Familiarity with MiFID II, UK Money Laundering Regulations, or EU AML frameworks

  • Exposure to a brokerage, prop trading, or other regulated financial services environment

  • Experience with SQL, dashboards, or reporting tools

  • Working toward a compliance qualification (e.g., ICA, ACAMS)

  • Additional European languages

Why Join Tradeify

  • Join a rapidly growing trading company at an exciting stage of its development, and help launch its new FX team

  • Get real ownership of day-to-day risk and compliance work for a brand-new division

  • Gain exposure to risk, compliance, product, and operations work instead of being limited to one area

  • See the direct impact of your work across the business

  • Learn from experienced risk and compliance professionals and senior team members while developing greater ownership and independence

  • Work in a remote-friendly, fast-moving environment

  • Receive competitive compensation and benefits

  • Help build a safe, trusted experience for Tradeify’s growing community of traders
