After successful market entries in DACH and BeNeLux, Glow25 is now ready to make its mark in Italy and Spain. We’re looking for a Key Account Manager Italy & Spain who builds our business in both markets from the ground up — managing existing partners, securing new listings and actively developing ranges and promotions.

You’ll work closely with our marketing, operations and e-commerce teams and be the face of Glow25 in Italy and Spain: strategic, hands-on and genuinely passionate about brand building.

This is where we need your support:

• Market Entry & Expansion: You build our business in Italy and Spain, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.

• Account Management: You manage existing customers and win new partners in both markets through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.

• Promotions & Trade Marketing: You plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.

• Market & Competitive Analysis: You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian and Spanish markets.

• Representation: You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across Italy and Spain.

You have the following experience:

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health

• A strong understanding of the retail landscape in Italy or Spain — drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery — and the motivation to build the same depth in the other market

• Fluent Italian and Spanish (both required) as well as fluent English

• A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude

• Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system as well as AI

• Experience with pharmacy / parapharmacy / drug store channels in Italy or Spain — especially knowledge of the specific mechanics, decision processes and trade marketing setup in that environment is a bonus
