Job Summary:

For our further expansion we are looking at our location in Plattling, Germany, or Hawarden, UK, for a

Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Hazardous Locations

These are your tasks:  
- Promoting growth and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the area of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) 
- Identification of growth opportunities and proactive marketing of additional service portfolios to existing customers
- Internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries and proposals from mid-sized customers in assigned territory 
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships 
- Follow up on open quotations until orders are received 
- Entering and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system
- Achieving personal sales goals
- Occasional customer/trade show visits and participation in customer events
 
What we expect:
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business administration or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable
- at least 5 year/s of relevant work experience 
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage
- Knowledge of the testing and certification industry

- Knowledge in the Hazardous Locations business is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Very good customer service skills, high service orientation and communication skills
- Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Independent and result-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
