· Strong practical understanding of electronic test equipment, including setup, calibration and basic troubleshooting.
· Awareness of ESD controls and safe working practices in an electronics lab environment.
· Ability to follow technical procedures accurately and maintain clear records.
· Practical experience supporting equipment maintenance, lab organisation or asset tracking.
· Good attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety and reliability.
· Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams.
· A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and supporting laboratory users.

Desirable

· Experience supporting hardware bring-up, validation or characterisation activities.
