Role Description 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to support a IT-Security product (Customer Identity and Access Management - CIAM). The role serves as a key position between business stakeholders, technical teams, governance functions, and product management. A solid understanding of identity, access, and security concepts is beneficial. 

Key Responsibilities 

Product Governance & Compliance Management and Backlog & Requirements Management 

Product Governance & Compliance Management 

  • Manage product-related governance and compliance activities. 

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy regulations, ideally within the financial sector. 

  • Coordinate internal governance topics such as security controls, MFA requirements, and audit readiness. 

  • Create and maintain compliance and governance documentation. 

Backlog & Requirements Management 

  • Elicit, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements. 

  • Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria. 

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the IT Product Manager and Product Owner. 

  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies (like Backlog Refinements) and ensure requirements are implementation-ready. 

IT Product Management Support 

  • Support the IT Product Manager with day-to-day product activities and ad-hoc requests. 

  • Create and maintain professional documentation, presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications. 

  • Organize meetings, workshops, and communication across business and technical stakeholders. 

  • Track actions and ensure timely follow-up of key activities. 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments. 

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. 

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and software delivery teams. 

  • Already familiar with Azure DevOps (or similar services like Jira) and Service Now for Customer Support 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). 

Preferred Experience 

  • Familiarity with security, risk, compliance, or governance processes 

  • Knowledge on CIAM, IAM, authentication, authorization, SSO, or MFA solutions.
