Chainlink Labs also works with top Web3 teams, including Aave, Compound, GMX, Maker, and Synthetix. Chainlink Labs was ranked in Newsweek’s 100 Most Loved Workplaces 2023 in both the United States and United Kingdom.

About the Role

We are seeking a senior product marketing leader to help position Chainlink as the foundational infrastructure layer for next-generation capital markets. You will develop institutional-grade narratives, lead go-to-market efforts with institutional-facing content, and act as a key voice in how Chainlink engages financial services professionals and strategic ecosystem partners.

This role requires fluency in financial product positioning, strong stakeholder management skills, and a working knowledge of financial services dynamics. You will collaborate closely with our Legal, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure all messaging and materials maintain alignment with Chainlink’s platform vision and the regulatory environment around digital assets.

Your Impact
  • Develop compelling messaging and pitch materials to articulate Chainlink’s infrastructure value to institutions

  • Own institutional marketing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, Q&A briefs, and economic framework documents

  • Serve as the lead on financial services professional communications, supporting briefing notes, narrative framing, and follow-up

  • Coordinate content strategy, roundtable prep, and executive-facing institutional presentations

  • Work with our legal and compliance teams to ensure content appropriately frames Chainlink's infrastructure

  • Support cross-functional collaboration across business development, product, and research to ensure message consistency

Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years in product marketing or capital markets strategy

  • Demonstrated success building content and pitch materials for institutional audiences (e.g., endowments, pensions, FOs, CIOs)

  • Experience working in or with firms such as BlackRock, WisdomTree, Franklin Templeton, Grayscale, 21Shares, Bitwise, Autonomous Research, Celent, Bernstein, or comparable organizations

  • Strong writing and deck-building skills with the ability to translate complex infrastructure concepts into compelling investor narratives

  • Deep understanding of tokenization, RWAs, blockchain infrastructure, or crypto market structure

Preferred:
  • Prior experience navigating legal/compliance reviews for capital markets or institutional marketing materials

  • Exposure to emerging themes in financial infrastructure, such as programmable settlement, stablecoin rails, or cross-chain messaging

  • This is a high-visibility role that will help shape how Chainlink is understood and adopted by the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions
